No misunderstanding. I got ya.

As to our side "getting" one of them... I doubt it. I do think a few more will go belly up, but I just don't see anyone with the deep pockets to grab it up.

will eventually bite the dust? Also, any chance that our side will pick up one of those businesses?

I hope I wasn't misunderstood, I liked your diary. It brings to the forefront a serious issue. It also show/reinforces the steep hill we have to climb.

The only thing I can do is to point it out as much as I can hoping that people consider my warning and take it to heart.

I'm using the term in an expanded definition. Obviously meaning more than the sensational headlines of the past, used to sell more newspapers. And there was biased writing as well. In the past though, there was an abundance of newspapers for both sides. And people made their purchases knowing this. At least there were bold headlines reflecting various slants of the political spectrum.

Today, the main headline grabbers are the leftist run papers, and that is all the average person sees and absorbs. We haven't been able to see the L.A. Times, N.Y. Times, Washington Post go out of business. The AP, Reuters, CNN wire services. Internet Google and Yahoo (biased left), and the old television networks ABC, CBS, NBC. The list goes on and on.

Unfortunately, I'm back to my title question? Anyone, thoughts, ideas?
