One of my current businesses is under attack by the SEIU to unionize the class of worker I employ (non-medical home care workers). I have 167 of these employees and if card check or the SEIU is successful at least 40% will HAVE to be laid off if benefits become mandatory. 

I offered benefits to one office of the employee pool (80 people) and only 3 took them. Of that group the lowest paid is at $10.75/hr the highest at $16.45/hr. These are better then competitive wages in this market.</description>
