The simple fact is (no matter what was happening before) Obama has announced that "faith based" money is now open to any organization at all. Therefore, there is no reason not to expect that ACORN-like groups are in a whole extra line for more handouts. By his own words this is a fact whether he directly said so or not. However, you've made an assertion that ACORN-like groups are going to be able to get more money out of the government due to this change. This isn't something Obama talked about, this is an inference you've made about "what the program actually was" that turns out to be incorrect.
