Just wait until California goes nuclear and starts threatening to lob missiles across the border to…Las Vegas? Phoenix? Portland? Hmm, that’s not exactly going to strike fear into the hearts of the rest of the U.S. Back to the drawing board.

Though maybe instead you should just run the wall along the Sierra-Cascades ridgeline up to the Canadian border. Hold the high ground.

What’s strike three, you ask?

Well, the rockets/missiles would have to all be union-constructed by California workers. That means they’d never get off the launch pad, assuming they even arrived there in one piece. Not to mention what the construction costs would do to what would be left of the California economy (not be be confused with the California left economy).

[Strike one, of course, was the selection of prime targets, as I mentioned earlier.]
