The same Amo who voted AGAINST impeachment; the same Amo who hosted a fund raiser for Her Royal C in his private home after he retired. Now we have this idiot to contend with. As I have written previously (http://bobmaistros.com/?p=146), cars like fuel cells and hybrids aren’t remotely connected to economic reality in any event.

They are purely “PR vehicles” in every sense of the term. No car company has ever made a dime off a hybrid, according to the Washington Post (certainly no enemy of alternative energy technologies). And fuel cells are “miles” from viability … if they ever get there … despite millions in federal research spending.

PS – I drive a hybrid — bought a year old for a great price at the time. Why not, if the automakers will subsidize one for me?
