I have not been able to find the article I read a couple months ago about the valley in the artic, well above the artic circle, that was blooming with wildflowers. The article said that it was getting to be quite a tourist destination and locals were saying it was noticed first about 5 years ago and getting larger every year. Even Sarah Palin mentioned this valley of colorfull flowers surrounded by tundra in one of her television interviews.
