The U.S. Constitution is the Supreme Law of the Land which means that it overrules any other law. The U.S. Constitution can be read at http://www.usconstitution.net/. Article II Section I Clause IV states that the president must be a natural born citizen. A natural born citizen is a child born to two parents who are citizens on U.S. soil as said by Patrick Leahy (D-Vemont) and the Law of Nations (mentioned in the Article I Section VIII Clause XVIII). Obama’s father was not a citizen and his mother was to young to transfer citizenship. In fact there is little if any credible evidence he was born in the U.S. Here is the evidence:

Maybe it is but no one seems to be able to say for sure.
Many people have made credible arguments that at the least warrant further review and cast reasonable doubt and I have yet to see anyone knock down the “rumor” with anything other than calling it right-wing nonsense.Here included.
It can all be solved so very easy but for some reason that little piece of paper has more security around it than the original U.S. Constitution.I could get my hands on the Colonel’s secret recipe easier.
I have never claimed that Barry is not a citizen.I only said that I have never seen any proof of it and according to you neither have you.

This isn’t a court of law and I do not need a burden of proof to state emperical evidence.Barry has made sure this issue will never see the inside of a court room with a full court legal press that I have no idea of how it is paid for or by whom.
In my opinion it is a legitimate question that so far has not been answered conclusively.Obama’s claims and the claims of his supporters are not enough for me as I have already said I believe him to be completely unreliable in his word.

Here is one more fact.
With all due respect neither you or anyone you can point to can say with absolute certainty that they know where and when Barack Obama was born.
Not even the State of Hawaii can either.
Whatever document they possess it is not his original birth certificate but merely a record of a birth.
Original birth certificates are given out to the parents when they leave the hospital with their child and there is only one copy.It is and heirloom document and not the little index card thing they have on record at some city hall.For a state employee to claim they have seen the original is nonsense as I sure if anyone had it it would have been Barack’s grandmother much in the same way your mother probably have yours tucked away safely somewhere.
I have my original birth certificate and it is nothing like what city hall has. Mine looks like a diploma and has the hospital’s name scrolled across the top and in big red letters “BIRTH CERTIFICATE” on it. It is old and worn and in the original envelope.
It has the signatures of the attending physician and the hospital administrator as witnesses. It has a raised wax embossed seal in the corner.
It has my name and date of birth and the names of my parents.
On the back it has my mother’s maiden name and where both my parents were born and when. It has the two thumb prints of my mother and my widdle widdle foot prints on it.I t even has my birth weight.
It’s packed with information.
I don’t know what they have in Hawaii but is not Obama’s original birth certificate.
I seriously doubt that anyone outside of Obama’s family has seen that document since the day he was born.
I’m going to bed.
All this birthing has worn me out and I need to put on my tin foil hat and recharge.

I have a question for those who say Obama was born in Kenya
Gyorc Nacain Thursday, May 28th at 2:58AM EST (link)I don’t know a lot about birth certificates, but I have seen a lot of convincing arguments that Obama was born in Hawaii. I will focus on one particular thing, which is that the local Honolulu paper had a birth announcement for Obama (and a bunch of other people) the day he was born. These arguments often devolve into a bunch of unrelated and usually inconsistent bullet points so here’s my argument:
-The Honolulu Advertiser announced Obama’s birth, in the US, at the time of his birth.
-All people whose births were announced as being in the US by the Honolulu Advertiser at the time of birth, are people whose births were actually in the US.
Therefore:
-Obama was born in the US.
So one of these two is wrong, or Obama was born in the US. I have heard nobody dispute the first, I assume the original is on microfiche in some library somewhere. As for the second, if it is wrong then someone should explain why his birth ended up in an American paper. His parents decided to lie about it just in case Obama wanted to run for President 45 years later?

We’ve moved on anyway, opposing him on ideology during the campaign, and on policy since he’s been in office. There, the evidence is against him, and growing by the day.

A little point of law

No other country, by operation of their own law, can disolve American citizenship. Also, in regard to a minor child, no other person can remounce that citizenship on behalf of a minor child. In President Obama’s case, he was a minor child when he went to live in Indonesia. He was still a minor child when he came to live with his grandparents in the United States. If President Obama was a citizen of the United States prior to his going to live in Indonesia, nothing that occured in that country could change his citizenship.
Do not classify the words or deeds of your opponents as being hatefull, malicious or criminal in nature if they can also be easily characterized as simple ignorance or gross stupidity. Anon.
