this is the first time I can remember our government being inaccurate, ending years of spotless accuracy in all things

our country has fallen so far… in a way, I’m happy Reagan isn’t around to see this

are two different things at this point. The charges are only preliminary at this point. I’m giving the Army CID benefit of the doubt that the murder 1 counts will be raised to 14, plus the attempted murder counts will be added as well. Assaulting a police officer (many counts), as well as terrorism charges.

As far as the reporting of the dead, that’s a different story. Yes, it should be 14. If it is being couched by the Feds (and the Oministration) to be 13 due to political reasoning, that is just one more count of pandering and intentionally misreporting the facts that this administration will own. And it is absolutely deplorable.

My daughter and I talked about this tonight. My beautiful Latina daughter who was never viewed on an ultrasound machine when she was a “fetus” and never met her birth mother. My lovely young daughter said to me tonight, “They need to include that baby, Mom.”

If anyone needs reminding that a child in utero is a child, they should come over to my house and meet this wonderful child of mine, “not my Planting, but by Heaven, my Harvest. My Own Child.” Given the chance to live, she is running with it, off to conquer the World at a pace that leaves me breathless. Her brother, our Marine, is the same.

The law, whether federal or state, says it is another count of murder. There is no potentially applicable law that does not.

I wasn’t aware that prosecutors had the choice to ignore it for their own philosophical reasons.

If so, what law will they choose to ignore next?

with the law President George W. Bush signed in 2004 called 'Laci and Conner's Law' The bad thing is that ARMY CID hasn't decided whether or not if they will charge Hasan with the death of the baby! Hasan Charged With 13 Counts of Premeditated Murder in Fort Hood Massacre This is outrageous! Hasan Should be Charged with every possible charge they can nail him on!

It should be this one.
It’s gotten to the point even with the 24/7 news digging this story constantly, a (I think) major aspect of it goes untold or uncovered.
Ok, how many times can Hasan be put to death? Any one of the killings would be sufficient to execute the slime, so the thought may be “what’s one more?”
They could at the very least correct the total.
