There is more to this than what you have written about although what you wrote is all correct. The real threat is coming in December in Copenhagen. If President Obama signs the treaty all of the bills we pass will mean nothing. If that treaty is signed our sovereignty will be gone, and we will be paying for the wrongs we have done to the climate of the rest of the world. A world body will be ruling over us, and we will become one of 234 states in the world government. Every country that hates us will demand reparations from us for all the damage we have done because of our consumption of the worlds resources. Universal healthcare and cap and trade are important issues, but losing our sovereignty is paramount, and must be stopped

We cannot fix this one. If Universal Healthcare gets passed it creates a huge, middle class constituency for itself.

WE will HAVE to TAKE BACK the Republican Party from the go-alongs to get- alongs like McCain, Graham, Scozzafava, etc.

Or we will have to join the Conservative Party. Many Establishment Republicans are part of the problem now…

Agreed and agreed and agreed! But let’s start fighting back now. Republicans need to pull out all the stops to win the Governor’s races in Virginia nd New Jersey, and that historic opportunity is only ten days away. Republican victories will send a loud, clear message to Capital Hill, and the Dems who have supported Obama will begin bailing out like rats deserting a sinking ship.

All over our suffering land, people are having their very own “come to Jesus moment.” As you say, down in the trenches it is hard not to be confined to a narrow, event-by-event perspective. That is why I applaud the initiative to encourage study of conservative works in the books project. The reading of history and philosophy does a great deal to overcome the battle fatigue of reacting to the bullets which are incoming faster and faster. An overarching program of study reinforces the truth that we have seen this before in the totalitarian societies and that it is therefore possible for this to be stopped. Before we will be able to defeat big government socialism and its bankrupt ideals we must know with our every fiber that it is evil and must be fought “tooth and nail.”

I believe that there are many more of us than there are of them. Our biggest problem is that they have a head start. But then so did the National Socialists over Britain in their war preparedness. I pray we are able to succeed with our insurgency.

The crisis too good to waste is materializing right before your eyes and it’s going to be a tie-in of “health care” and swine flu….

PLUS…….

The real problem is what’s happening to our dollar and nobody other than a talk show host or two and a few sane people on FBN and CNBC are talking about it.

If these people aren’t stopped now, it’s not that the next elections won’t matter, there won’t be ‘next elections’.

They’re grabbing for the brass ring and those who realize it and saying so are being shot down in isolated and marginalized flames.
