BREAKING: Van Drives Into Pedestrians In Germany.

A van drove into pedestrians killing and injuring people in the crowd on Saturday afternoon local time in Muenster, Germany and

BBC is reporting

Local police have confirmed there are deaths and injuries, but have not said how many.

They have asked local people to avoid the area.

We will update this story as more information comes in from the German authorities.

UPDATE 11:20 a.m. from BBC

The driver of the vehicle has killed himself, police said.

About 30 people are reported injured in the incident, which occurred near the Kiepenkerl statue in the old town.
