		<description>I&#039;m with you Daconia. I for one will refuse on Constitutional grounds to pay a fine for failing to buy health insurance. I&#039;m perfectly willing to be the lead plaintiff in a suit challenging it.

I think overall you and I are still in the minority, but that could change once Congress inevitably goes back to the drawing board and doubles or triples the fines. Then it could very well be a true &#039;Boston tea party&#039; moment.
