Can anybody fill what happens next?

Will there be a serious challenge to the validity of the signitures?

Does the recall balloting take place on April 3?  The same day as the Wisconsin Presidential primary?

Anybody from Wisconsin on RedState?

I'm signed up to help 'Verify the Recall'

even though I don’t live in WI. The WI GAB is now court ordered to review for fake and duplicate signatures. Concurrently the Verify the Recall volunteers are going to enter all of the signatures into a data base to do an independent review/challenge of the signatures. We volunteerss have already done a test run of the software, so we are a go!
The last I saw the Gov recall election won’t be before May. I don’t think the union thugs even have a candidate to run against Walker yet.
Stay tuned….. there should be plenty of press as this unfolds……

Do you know of a place where people can volunteer for VTR? I have many family and friends in wisconsin who would consider helping with such an effort and would love to pass the info on to them.. Thanks

The recall petitions are due tomorrow, so if you know of anyone who wants to get signed up and have the opportunity to go through training, I’d pass that website info on to them ASAP.

BTW, the person doesn’t have live in WI. I live in NC, and I’m volunteering for it. Best of success!

Like I told ya, I been busy, helping a friend rebuild an engine.
We are almost done, maybe a day or to to get it back in his truck.

Sorry I’ve been missing out on the fun.
The trolls come in spurts, allways been that way.
Kinda pop out like Cicadas do, all at once, then gone.
I have missed being around, and can mostly just pop in for a quick read, never enough time to get up to speed and make a comment.

Missed ya just the same. I know about rebuilding engines – of course, I’ve never done it but have observed such. What a dirty job, too!

And I was honored from the day you asked if you could call me Mom. Beautiful word that is to me. I am blessed to be considered such. So it is, I have a son in the midwest and one 15 mi. down the road from me. And my daughter 250 mi. away. There are no greater blessings, gek.

As carolina mentioned above, Verify The Recall volunteers will be evaluating signatures. The test program kicked in during the past week. I’m a volunteer for VTR activities as well. The GAB will be checking for duplicate and fraudulent signatures ONLY. VTR will be checking to find and flag felons, deceased persons, underage signors, non-logical or non-existent addresses, and much, much more.

With Monday being a federal holiday, VTR and GAB activities will not begin before Tuesday.

How do you determine 'underage'?

(technical question). If the date of the recall election has not been determined, there is a blurred line between underage and eligible. How do you deal with that?

Every dollar you make the union thugs spend will be one less dollar they will have in the fall.

If the signitures hold up, the question is, can the recall election be scheduled for the date of the Presidential primary which is April 3?

I don’t think you understand the process. Signature verification doesn’t cost the pro-recall camp a cent. The count itself gets done by the GAB, but challenges to the signatures must be done by the Walker camp — on their dime, unless Walker manages to pass legislation making the State (i.e., citizens) pay for it.

Regarding timing: it’s going to be a while before the recall (which will occur; I seriously doubt 250,000+ signatures are going to be thrown out). Once everything is counted and verified, there will doubtless be a primary for the Democratic candidate. So, I wouldn’t expect to see much action until May at the earliest.
