Tech at Night: The Return of the Revenge. Google Motorola deal approved. Spectrum. Skeptical of Telecommunications Act changes.

Tech at Night

Yup, I’m back. And I have roughly a week’s worth of stuff to cover, so let’s go.

Top story seems to be that The Obama/Holder Justice Department has no problem with Google’s vertical integration takeover of Motorola Mobility. Interesting. I also await word on whether Google will drop all aggressive patent lawsuits, as they claim to use patents only defensively.

Some people never learn. Google and Microsoft support the runaway FCC against Republican attempts to constrain the regulators to using clear, consistent, fair rules for spectrum policy. Sure, I understand that some such as Darrell Issa are unhappy about the unlicensed spectrum restrictions, but my view on this bill is mend it, don’t end it. What we do need to end is the ability of the FCC to micromanage industry by managing the FCC in a reasonable and responsible way. Greg Walden’s bill should pass in some form.

Obama’s Administration from the Inside Out

It’s important to know what we’re facing in the 2012 Presidential Election and crucial that we get a grasp on who our enemies really are – most of us will concentrate on selecting the right candidate to represent us in 2012. But there is a much bigger picture that probably should be addressed before we’re blindsided again by the Liberal News Media.

This article addresses a few of Obama’s Czars today and the Federal Reserve – it will require due diligence on all our parts to find out who controls our Government. All of the people referenced here are Jews and most are connected to the Rothschild group or Zionists as they’re called.

Global Warming Czar – Carol Browner attempted to hide her involvement with a Socialist group, but her DNA remains; she advocates global governance believing wealthy Countries must lower their economic status to address climate change.

Car Czar - Steven Rattner is director of Obama’s Presidential Task Force on the Auto Industry. Another bad apple connected to Rothschild and executive of Lehman Brothers, Morgan Stanley and Lazard Freres (All Jewish owned banks.)

Guantanamo/Military Jails Czar – Daniel Fried is a Clinton redo and appointed by Obama to give relief to the terrorist detainees in Guantanamo Bay. A Rothschild enthusiast and not the kind of person we want running any portion of our Government.

Here is more of Obama’s dirty Czar list and they all have ties to Rothschild. Kenneth Feinberg, Larry Summer, Cass Sunstein, Alan Bersin and Todd Stern and Obama’s dirty Czar list seems to be unending.

These Czars have a carta blanche pass to do whatever they want while hiding behind closed doors. Congress appears to be powerless or maybe they just don’t care what the Czars are doing at any given time.

We all wonder who is the puppeteers behind the Federal Reserve – they’re very illusive and difficult to track, but here again we find that common denominator (Rothschild) They have misused the Jews for many moons and hid behind their religion; it’s only a mirage, a cover up in their attempt to implement “A New World Order.” Here’s a who’s who in the Federal Reserves.

Benjamin S. Bernanke, Chairman – JEWISH
Donald L. Kohn – JEWISH
Kevin M. Warsh – JEWISH
Randall S. Kroszner – JEWISH
Frederic S. Mishkin – JEWISH
For a complete run down on the Federal Reserve go to:

75% of the twelve “District Banks” are controlled by Jews attached to Rothschild Zionists. Who Owns the Federal Reserve Banks, well look no further they are owned by Jews Rothschild Bank of London. Not surprising Chase Manhattan of NY (David Rockefeller) is included. In fact the New York Branch is all powerful.

Check out our board members running the Federal Reserve:

We must face this corruption head on and probably one of the best things we can do is vet and hand pick the men and women who will control our House of Representatives and our Senate.

2012 is going to be much more difficult then 2010, because it is a Presidential year and there is no limit to their money – their power rests in the positions they hold.

I don’t know the answers, but I know God is alive and well and if we but ask he will give us the wisdom and guidance to see us through the relentless onslaught of those who want to destroy our Nation.

May God Bless America

A question for ANY GOP Presidential campaign out there…

…why are none of them talking about Operation Fast & Furious? And when I say ‘talk’ I mean ‘bringing it up at every opportunity, complete with raised voices and angry tones.’

Seriously. This is an easy issue to be on the right side of: everyone agrees – now – that it’s bad to create a sting operation where you facilitate the running of guns to Mexican narco-terrorists without proper safeguards (or indeed any safeguards at all); everyone agrees that it’s bad when guns that you’ve facilitated turn up at the murder scene of a US Border Agent; and while everyone may not agree that Attorney General Eric Holder is either a blithering incompetent or a malignantly corrupt callous bureaucrat, certainly virtually anybody who will be voting in the Republican primaries does.  As Mark Hemingway notes here: this should be a slam-dunk issue for a Republican candidate.  Particularly one who, I don’t know, might want to shore up his conservative credentials?

Hint, hint.

Eric Holder On the Run?

Eric Holder Speech 3/2009: Notice the 10 million dollars for the Fast and Furious gunrunner operation.

Attorney General Eric Holder at the National League of Cities Conference

Washington, D.C. ~ Monday, March 16, 2009

The Recovery Act also provides $390 million from DOJ’s Office of Justice Programs for local law enforcement assistance, including $225 million in competitive Byrne grants, $125 million targeted for rural areas, and $40 million for the Southern border (including $10 million for ATF’s Project Gunrunner).

Holder’s Speech 4/2009:

Holder received the stimulus money and bragged about the Fast and Furious gunrunner program in a speech on April 2, 2009 in Cuernavaca, Mexico to Mexican authorities. Here’s a portion of his speech:

“Last week, our administration launched a major new effort to break the backs of the cartels. My department is committing 100 new ATF personnel to the Southwest border in the next 100 days to supplement our ongoing Project Gunrunner, DEA is adding 16 new positions on the border, as well as mobile enforcement teams, and the FBI is creating a new intelligence group focusing on kidnapping and extortion. DHS is making similar commitments, as Secretary Napolitano will detail.”

OIG – did extensive studies on the Fast and Furious Operation and notified Holder, Napolitano, ATF, FBI; the Office of the Inspector General had 15 different directives for Alcohol Tobacco & Firearms (ATF.) concerning the Fast and Furious gunrunner operation.

As you know Napolitano accompanied Eric Holder to Cuernavaca, Mexico and followed up Eric Holder’s speech on the Fast and Furious gunrunner operation with the intricate details.

Here is what Napolitano said under oath: Napolitano, at one point likening the questioning to a cross-examination, said repeatedly she only learned of “Fast and Furious” after Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry was killed in December. She emphasized the operation, conceived and run by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, “was an ATF operation,” under the auspices of the Justice Department, not her department. Notice she just threw the ball back in Holder’s court.

Janet not only knew about the operation, she helped Holder implement Fast and Furious. She continued under oath saying she’d never discussed the operation with Eric Holder.

Americans tomorrow Holder will testify under oath once again about the Fast and Furious gunrunner operation, please contact President Obama and insist that Holder and Napolitano be removed from office immediately. http://www.whitehouse.gov/contact

Here’s the bill that Obama funded for this program H.R. 1 – 16.  Here is the exact wording in the bill: 10,000,000 shall be transferred to Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, salaries and expenses for the ATF Project Gunrunner.

Actually we have the Commander in Chief, the Attorney General and the Secretary of Homeland Security all connected to this corrupt gunrunner operation that resulted in the murder of Brian Terry, Jaime Zapata (two of our border agents) and hundreds of innocent Mexican men, women and children.

Democrats Lie Again About the “Fast and Furious” Gunrunner Operation

Responding to a reporter’s question on weapons’ regulations, Holder said, “Well, as President Obama indicated during the campaign, there are just a few gun-related changes that we would like to make, and among them would be to reinstitute the ban on the sale of assault weapons. I think that will have a positive impact in Mexico, at a minimum.” February 26, 2009 2:28 PM CBS News

Holder just let the cat out of the bag to the horror of Obama and many Democrats. Here’s what we know happened next. Obama used 10,000,000 dollars of our stimulus money to supplement an operation called “Fast and Furious” (a gunrunner operation.)

Does that really look like the Holder and Napolitano are innocent victims?

For further information on the Fast and Furious Gunrunner operation – go to the DOJ website. OIG did a comprehensive study of the “Fast and Furious” gunrunner program and completed a very detailed report warning Holder, DOJ, ATF, DHS, FBI and Congress about the operation.

How sweet it is that Democrats did their own investigating on the Fast and Furious gunrunner operation.  Democrats investigating the failed gun-running probe known as “Operation Fast and Furious” are laying the blame at the feet of officials in Arizona, saying in a new report that lawmakers from both sides of the aisle have “obtained no evidence” implicating high-level political appointees in Washington. By Mike Levine Published January 31, 2012  | FoxNews.com  I just gave them evidence, today!

Isn’t it ironic that this report came out just two days before Eric Holder’s interrogation again by Darrell Issa and Chuck Grassley about the gunrunner operation? For over a year we’ve listened to the lies of Holder and Napolitano under oath and now the Democrats magically cleared the upper echelon of wrong doing.

So the Democrats really think they’re smarter than Americans; their falsified report and information that just came out today is nothing more than an attempt to keep Holder and Napolitano in office. What more do we need to know?

Obama funded 10,000,000 specifically for the operation.  Holder and Napolitano worked out the details on the Fast and Furious Operation and ATF made the program operational., as Allen West would probably say, The Democrats can mail their report  to _ _ _ _.

We the people have had our fill of your corruption; we’re talking about an operation that is responsible for the murder of hundreds of Mexicans and two of our Border Agents.

Fast & Furious update: Holder’s deputy CoS briefed in December 2010.

Not *quite* the smoking gun.

There’s been a lot of commentary, obviously, about the information found in the latest Department of Justice Friday afternoon email dump with regards to the administration’s catastrophic Operation Fast & Furious. For those who need a reminder, OF&F was a program by which political appointees in the Obama administration ignored federal rules and basic common sense in order to facilitate the illegal resale of firearms to Mexican narco-terrorist groups. This was not done so much without proper safeguards as it was done with essentially no safeguards at all; and the program only stopped when OF&F guns appeared at the murder scene of Border Agent Brian Terry’s. Since then, the Justice Department in general – and Attorney General Eric Holder in particular – have been spinning this very much as their careers depended on it, going to far as to claim that they were unaware of the very problem until about the same time that it entered the public consciousness.

These emails contradict that narrative: as of yet, however, they do not convict the Attorney General of being anything except a slack-jawed mouth-breather who was and is so intellectually incurious that he apparently spends his entire work day locked in his office, rocking back and forth on his chair, and humming tunelessly. Or, to break the monotony, occasionally drool.

While this defense may seem undignified of Holder: hey, it beats going to jail.
