Eric Holder Speech 3/2009: Notice the 10 million dollars for the Fast and Furious gunrunner operation.

The Recovery Act also provides $390 million from DOJ’s Office of Justice Programs for local law enforcement assistance, including $225 million in competitive Byrne grants, $125 million targeted for rural areas, and $40 million for the Southern border (including $10 million for ATF’s Project Gunrunner).

Holder’s Speech 4/2009:

Holder received the stimulus money and bragged about the Fast and Furious gunrunner program in a speech on April 2, 2009 in Cuernavaca, Mexico to Mexican authorities. Here’s a portion of his speech:

“Last week, our administration launched a major new effort to break the backs of the cartels. My department is committing 100 new ATF personnel to the Southwest border in the next 100 days to supplement our ongoing Project Gunrunner, DEA is adding 16 new positions on the border, as well as mobile enforcement teams, and the FBI is creating a new intelligence group focusing on kidnapping and extortion. DHS is making similar commitments, as Secretary Napolitano will detail.”

OIG – did extensive studies on the Fast and Furious Operation and notified Holder, Napolitano, ATF, FBI; the Office of the Inspector General had 15 different directives for Alcohol Tobacco & Firearms (ATF.) concerning the Fast and Furious gunrunner operation.

As you know Napolitano accompanied Eric Holder to Cuernavaca, Mexico and followed up Eric Holder’s speech on the Fast and Furious gunrunner operation with the intricate details.

Here is what Napolitano said under oath: Napolitano, at one point likening the questioning to a cross-examination, said repeatedly she only learned of “Fast and Furious” after Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry was killed in December. She emphasized the operation, conceived and run by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, “was an ATF operation,” under the auspices of the Justice Department, not her department. Notice she just threw the ball back in Holder’s court.

Janet not only knew about the operation, she helped Holder implement Fast and Furious. She continued under oath saying she’d never discussed the operation with Eric Holder.

Actually we have the Commander in Chief, the Attorney General and the Secretary of Homeland Security all connected to this corrupt gunrunner operation that resulted in the murder of Brian Terry, Jaime Zapata (two of our border agents) and hundreds of innocent Mexican men, women and children.

Responding to a reporter’s question on weapons’ regulations, Holder said, “Well, as President Obama indicated during the campaign, there are just a few gun-related changes that we would like to make, and among them would be to reinstitute the ban on the sale of assault weapons. Holder just let the cat out of the bag to the horror of Obama and many Democrats. Here’s what we know happened next. Obama used 10,000,000 dollars of our stimulus money to supplement an operation called “Fast and Furious” (a gunrunner operation.)

Here’s the bill that Obama funded for this program H.R. 1 – 16.  Here is the exact wording in the bill: 10,000,000 shall be transferred to Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, salaries and expenses for the ATF Project Gunrunner.

Does that really look like the Holder and Napolitano are innocent victims? 

For further information on the Fast and Furious Gunrunner operation – go to the DOJ website. OIG did a comprehensive study of the “Fast and Furious” gunrunner program and completed a very detailed report warning Holder, DOJ, ATF, DHS, FBI and Congress about the operation.

How sweet it is that Democrats did their own investigating on the Fast and Furious gunrunner operation.  Democrats investigating the failed gun-running probe known as “Operation Fast and Furious” are laying the blame at the feet of officials in Arizona, saying in a new report that lawmakers from both sides of the aisle have “obtained no evidence” implicating high-level political appointees in Washington. Isn’t it ironic that this report came out just two days before Eric Holder’s interrogation again by Darrell Issa and Chuck Grassley about the gunrunner operation? For over a year we’ve listened to the lies of Holder and Napolitano under oath and now the Democrats magically cleared the upper echelon of wrong doing.

So the Democrats really think they’re smarter than Americans; their falsified report and information that just came out today is nothing more than an attempt to keep Holder and Napolitano in office. What more do we need to know?

Obama funded 10,000,000 specifically for the operation.  Holder and Napolitano worked out the details on the Fast and Furious Operation and ATF made the program operational., as Allen West would probably say, The Democrats can mail their report  to _ _ _ _. 

We the people have had our fill of your corruption; we’re talking about an operation that is responsible for the murder of hundreds of Mexicans and two of our Border Agents.

Eric Holder the (AG) of the United States has certain duties according to the laws of our Country; the AG is the head of the United States Department of Justice. He is the “big dog” in charge of enforcing law, not by his rules but the laws of the land.

If the Attorney General is incapable, incompetent and irresponsible, the House of Representative have the power to impeach him and there is reasonable cause the Senate may try him for bribery, high crimes and misdemeanors.

Homeland Security was created after the 911 attacks and today Janet Napolitano holds the position of Secretary of Homeland Security. Her duty first and foremost is to keep our Country safe, our borders secure, infrastructure protection, preparedness and response, information technology and aggressively fight against terrorism. The US Border Agents are also under the long arm of the Secretary of Homeland Security.

So let’s go back to 2009 when Obama handed Holder 10,000,000 of our stimulus money specifically for an operation called the Fast and Furious gunrunner. This was a scheme to walk high powered weapons from our turf across the Mexican border into the hands of the drug cartels. The Obama Administration, the DOJ, the DHS, ATF and maybe other agencies collectively devised a plan that would destroy our 2nd Amendment and take our gun rights away.

Obama and all of the Government Agencies were involved, which means they all have to assume the responsibility for one of the most corrupt scandals in our USA. The Fast and Furious Gunrunner operation is responsible for the murder of two of our Border Agents (Brian Terry and Jaime Zapata.) In addition to those murders, hundreds of Mexicans have been murdered by weapons from our United States.

Anyone or ones who intentionally place our men and women in harm’s way are should stand trial for murder. If it were any other citizen of the United States that had committed crimes like this, they would be behind bars as we speak.

Obviously it was the “big guns” who were in charge of orchestrating this operation. Obama specified that 10,000,000 of our stimulus money be funded for the Fast and Furious Operation. Holder and Napolitano put this operation in motion in April 2009 in their speeches to the Mexico/United States Arms Trafficking Conference in CUERNAVACA, MEXICO.

Border Agents and ATF personnel and gun owners repeatedly questioned the dangers involved in selling high powered weapons to the drug cartels. Whistle blowers stepped forward and testified under oath about the gunrunner operation. Holder and Napolitano both perjured themselves under oath when questioned about the Fast and Furious gunrunner operation.

Enough is enough, citizens of the USA need to have their voices heard and remove Eric Holder and Janet Napolitano from office immediately.

Please take time to contact the people in charge of this investigation and the House Speaker, John Boehner. It’s time to take back our Country and insure that everyone regardless of their position obey the laws of our land.

This is the second article on our fallen economy during Obama’s 3 year term. Obama has betrayed our trust and is aggressively continuing his agenda to destroy America. The words traitor or dictator fit this person to a “T,” due to his mode of operation.

In 2009, this smooth talking orator knew his position as Commander in Chief bought him a lot of time, because we were struggling with the recession and many had bought his promises of “hope and change.” So before we even had a chance to take a second breath, he’s smoozed us into giving him 787 billion dollars in what he referred to as a stimulus plan.

In all actuality, he stole our 787 billion dollars rigidly following the “Rules for Radicals.” Looking back now to 2008, we can understand his comments when he said, “We are five days away from fundamentally transforming the United States of America.”

That was actually his signal to all of the puppeteers that had placed him in office that he was ready to start the process which was designed by Alinsky. “Take power from the Haves and give it to the Have Nots” – this is what we refer to as redistribution.

He hamstrung us right from the gecko aggressively attacking us by deftly increasing our National Deficit by trillions; this was intentional not due to his inability to balance a budget or his inability to lead our Nation. Just think about it – during this time the poor got poorer, the African Americans’ unemployment rate sky rocketed, millions of taxpayer’s lost their jobs and homes while Obama redistributed our money.

Month after month we’ve waited hoping for jobs, but that hasn’t happened. The Keystone Pipeline is a perfect example of the Obama dictatorship. The EPA studied this project for three years and Obama put the project on the back burner until 2013 rolls around.

Rather than bore everyone with repetitious information, the point of this article is this; we have a traitor and dictator in our midst actively destroying our beautiful America. This man is the disciplined puppet created by the Alinsky’s, Ayers, Soros, Unions and Special Interest groups and he’s performing with precision every directive that he’s been given.

The fourth year of his term will prove to be the most difficult year of our lives and he’s off and running the first week of 2012 as he continues his vicious destruction against our Nation. He’ll do anything it takes to secure the votes for his second term; he’s dangerous and definitely feels that he is above the laws of our land.

Without a second term, Obama’s plan will be a total failure; it will be costly but we will be able to survive the onslaught and recover.

His three recess appointees yesterday to the National Labor Relations Board are probably illegal, but he did this to appease the pro-union allies and the end result will be more support for his Presidential Campaign in 2012. Here’s an example of what Unions are doing in my State of Arizona.

Unions are struggling and are attacking the small construction companies in Arizona. Companies who have won bids for jobs are now being told that the Unions want to do away with residential and light commercial wages; the Unions want to adhere to the wage bracket that is used in big Commercial construction jobs meaning employee labor will skyrocket. Many of these smaller businesses will have to hire entirely all non-union labor which places them way behind due to the cost of hiring and orienting all new employees. Some will have to close their doors.

We have the AG (Eric Holder) who should have been removed from office at least a year ago ruthlessly attacking Joe Arpaio and the Maricopa County Sherriff’s office. Joe Arpaio said today on National Television that he’s willing to work with the DOJ and needs to know the specifics of their allegations. They refuse to offer him this information and pretty much said, “we’ll see you in court” – that is Obama’s way of pocketing Hispanic votes along with the memo to ICE to stop deportations.

He’s frantically spending money we don’t have creating a new Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, which is estimated to cost millions of taxpayer’s money. This is one more infringement on our rights and freedoms – we have plenty of rules, regulations and laws in place to protect consumers.

Obama will continue attacking our economy, stifling businesses, redistributing our money – everything he does will be an attempt to secure votes for the 2012 Presidential Election and strip of us of our rights and “God” given freedom. If we can prevent him from winning the election in 2012, keep control of the House and get control of the Senate we will be on our way in our fight to “Take Back Our Country.”

The DOJ is out digging for garbage again just like they did with Gibson Guitar Company. Gibson is a company anyone would be proud to own; they have an outstanding reputation. But Holder and his boys sent in armed agents to execute a number of search warrants – why are they meddling in one of our Nation’s finest businesses?

The truth is this search and seizure wasn’t based on our Nation’s laws, but on India’s laws. As everyone knows they’ve sued the Governor or Arizona and Arizona over the SB1070 and it looks like they’re probably following Mexico’s laws in this lawsuit.

Arizona has repeatedly asked Obama to do his job and seal the border, but Obama just makes fun of their request. He said the Republicans probably want to secure the border with a moat and alligators. Arizona has lost ranchers, law enforcement officers, due to illegal aliens; they’ve experienced heavy drug trafficking by the cartels along with human trafficking including rape and murder of innocent citizens.

Obama’s girl junk yard dog, Janet Napolitano has the nerve to get on National TV saying, our borders are safer than they’ve ever been.

There’s another story to share that exposes the corruption of the Obama Administration and the DOJ. September 8. 2008, the Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency, known as ICE, did an investigation of Joe Arpaio’s and the MCSO office regarding illegal immigrants Joe Arpaio is a sheriff in Arizona who is in charge of the Maricopa County Sheriffs Office. ICE gave Joe and the MSCO a clean bill of health. Here’s a summation of ICE’s findings in 2008.

“The OI and DRO supervisors consider the conduct and performance of the MCSO … officers to be professional and meeting the requirement of the MOA.” Translated, that means officials from the Homeland Security Department’s Office of Investigation (OI), along with officials from the Detention and Removal Operations office (DRO), concluded that the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO), in its handling of illegal immigrants, acted in a professional manner and complied with a memorandum of agreement (MOA) under which the government gave them the authority to enforce federal law. That agreement included a ban on racial profiling.

5 months later, March of 2009 Eric Holder and the DOJ disregarded ICE’s investigation and started their attack on Joe Arpaio. There’s definitely a fox in the woodpile here folks and the finger points at Holder and Obama.

Speaking of Human Rights violations lets revisit Obama and Holder’s Fast and Furious gunrunner operation – the sting operation set up to let guns walk across our borders into the hands of the drug cartel. We’re talking about murder; two of our agents killed and hundreds of Mexican men, women and children murdered by these walking guns.

But Obama and Holder follow the “Rules for Radicals” creating distraction and keeping the troops divided. What a coincidence that on December 15, 2011 the DOJ issued a scathing report against Sheriff Joe Arpaio and the Maricopa County Sheriffs Office (MCSO) accusing them of a wide range of civil right violations against Latinos.

This report made national headlines on the exact day one year ago that our Border Agent Brian Terry was murdered by one of Holder and Obama’s guns that they escorted across the border into Mexico

Obama and Holder are both accountable for this botched sting operation and have blood on their hands. Joe Arpaio enforces the Federal Laws on “illegal immigration.” while Obama and Holder usurp the laws. It’s all about votes for Obama!

Obama and the DOJ have made four obvious errors: (1) Refused to help Arizona secure their borders, (2) Sent memo to ICE not to deport illegal aliens, (3) Attacked the one persons who has tried to keep Arizona safe from the crimes committed by illegal aliens, and (4) Hid behind one of the most corrupt and deadliest operations in our Nation’s history (Fast and Furious Gunrunner.)

While Americans were sleeping the Obama Administration continues their plan to grant amnesty to illegal aliens by any means. Here is a partial look at latest order to the DOJ attorneys November 2011.

The DOJ, OIG, ATF all know about the “Fast and Furious” gunrunner operation. During an intense investigation by Darrell Issa’s team (House Oversight and Government Reform Committee) yesterday no one asked the 64 dollar question, “Who was in charge of the project gunrunner?”

Eric holder has stonewalled the ongoing investigation for almost a year now – Darrell Issa and Senator Grassley have caught him in lies and yet he appears to be above the laws of our land because he totes a pocket full of “get out of jail free” cards. Today he tried a new ploy saying, the DOJ had never lied – now that statement my friends is up for grabs.

Eric Holder’s testimony today was a replay of how he keeps kicking the can down the road; he’s been kicking it for so many months that we’re all weary of hearing him testify. Today Holder admitted under oath that he hasn’t handed over all requested documents; he also admitted many have and will be harmed from the guns that walked across our border into the hands of the Mexican drug cartel.

But in a scramble to cover his backside, Holder had the Justice Department request that information on a letter last February 2011 be disregarded because it had inaccurate information concerning the Fast and Furious Gunrunner operation. How sweet it is that the DOJ can lie and then weasel out of their written testimony if and when they are so inclined!

In May 3rd, 2011 under oath, Holder responded to the question, “When did you first know about the Fast and Furious operation?” Holder said,” he guessed over the last few weeks.” This was a blatant lie as you’ll see in the remaining information of this article.

Holder knew about the “Fast and Furious” gunrunner operation early on in 2009. He received money for the program and bragged about the Fast and Furious gunrunner program in a speech on April 2, 2009 in Cuernavaca, Mexico to Mexican authorities.

The OIG (Office of the Inspector General) knew about the gunrunner program and gave everyone a heads up as verified in their report October 2010 thru March 2011. Here’s a portion of the OIG’s report. This report is on the DOJ website – just do a search for Fast and Furious gunrunner. Here’s what the OIG stated in their written report prior to the murder of Brain Terry.

“In addition to our ongoing review of Operation Fast and Furious, in November 2010 we completed a review of ATF’s overall management of Project Gunrunner. Our review found poor coordination and collaboration, and inadequate information sharing between ATF and other Department components, and between ATF and units of the Mexican government. “OIG offered 15 recommendations.”

The Obama, the DOJ and ATF have played a dangerous chess game of cat and mouse in one of the most deadly and corrupt operations in our Nation’s history. Brian Terry (Border Agent) and Jaime Zapata (U.S. Special Agent) have been murdered along with 100’s of Mexican men, women and children. Yet, Obama, Holder, the DOJ and ATF deny any wrong doing and no one seems to be accountable.

What we do know, in 2009 Obama deliberately used 10,000,000 of our stimulus money specifying that it go to the “Fast and Furious” operation. Eric Holder bragged about the money and Fast and Furious operation in 2009 in his speech at Cuernavaca, Mexico. The “top dogs” at ATF have mysteriously either received promotions or were assigned new cushy jobs in DC in an attempt to cover Holder’s tracks.

Darrell Issa said they’ve made a crisis, meaning the “Fast and Furious” gunrunner operation to attack our 2nd Amendment and restrict our gun rights. So far the whistle blowers are the ones who have suffered and been punished; they fear for their lives and their families’ safety.

Two questions remain, (1) Why is Eric Holder still in office and (2) Who are the responsible person or persons in charge of the gunrunner operation?

Operation Fast and Furious was an effort to create a law enforcement problem so that government could expand its enforcement operations without actual organic crimes to fight. This involved the government deliberately seeding areas near the US border with firearms that they intended to track after sales. These straw man deals went bad when the USG promptly failed to track their inventory of 1,700 firearms. Losing just one would get a 2nd LT tossed from the USMC.
