The Recovery Act also provides $390 million from DOJ’s Office of Justice Programs for local law enforcement assistance, including $225 million in competitive Byrne grants, $125 million targeted for rural areas, and $40 million for the Southern border (including $10 million for ATF’s Project Gunrunner).

Holder’s Speech 4/2009:

Holder received the stimulus money and bragged about the Fast and Furious gunrunner program in a speech on April 2, 2009 in Cuernavaca, Mexico to Mexican authorities. Here’s a portion of his speech:

“Last week, our administration launched a major new effort to break the backs of the cartels. My department is committing 100 new ATF personnel to the Southwest border in the next 100 days to supplement our ongoing Project Gunrunner, DEA is adding 16 new positions on the border, as well as mobile enforcement teams, and the FBI is creating a new intelligence group focusing on kidnapping and extortion. DHS is making similar commitments, as Secretary Napolitano will detail.”

OIG – did extensive studies on the Fast and Furious Operation and notified Holder, Napolitano, ATF, FBI; the Office of the Inspector General had 15 different directives for Alcohol Tobacco & Firearms (ATF.) concerning the Fast and Furious gunrunner operation.

As you know Napolitano accompanied Eric Holder to Cuernavaca, Mexico and followed up Eric Holder’s speech on the Fast and Furious gunrunner operation with the intricate details.

Here is what Napolitano said under oath: Napolitano, at one point likening the questioning to a cross-examination, said repeatedly she only learned of “Fast and Furious” after Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry was killed in December. She emphasized the operation, conceived and run by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, “was an ATF operation,” under the auspices of the Justice Department, not her department. Notice she just threw the ball back in Holder’s court.

Janet not only knew about the operation, she helped Holder implement Fast and Furious. She continued under oath saying she’d never discussed the operation with Eric Holder.

Holder just let the cat out of the bag to the horror of Obama and many Democrats. Here’s what we know happened next. Obama used 10,000,000 dollars of our stimulus money to supplement an operation called “Fast and Furious” (a gunrunner operation.)

Here’s the bill that Obama funded for this program H.R. 1 – 16.  Here is the exact wording in the bill: 10,000,000 shall be transferred to Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, salaries and expenses for the ATF Project Gunrunner.

Does that really look like the Holder and Napolitano are innocent victims? 

For further information on the Fast and Furious Gunrunner operation – go to the DOJ website. OIG did a comprehensive study of the “Fast and Furious” gunrunner program and completed a very detailed report warning Holder, DOJ, ATF, DHS, FBI and Congress about the operation.

How sweet it is that Democrats did their own investigating on the Fast and Furious gunrunner operation.  Democrats investigating the failed gun-running probe known as “Operation Fast and Furious” are laying the blame at the feet of officials in Arizona, saying in a new report that lawmakers from both sides of the aisle have “obtained no evidence” implicating high-level political appointees in Washington. Isn’t it ironic that this report came out just two days before Eric Holder’s interrogation again by Darrell Issa and Chuck Grassley about the gunrunner operation? For over a year we’ve listened to the lies of Holder and Napolitano under oath and now the Democrats magically cleared the upper echelon of wrong doing.

So the Democrats really think they’re smarter than Americans; their falsified report and information that just came out today is nothing more than an attempt to keep Holder and Napolitano in office. What more do we need to know?

Obama funded 10,000,000 specifically for the operation.  Holder and Napolitano worked out the details on the Fast and Furious Operation and ATF made the program operational., as Allen West would probably say, The Democrats can mail their report  to _ _ _ _. 

We the people have had our fill of your corruption; we’re talking about an operation that is responsible for the murder of hundreds of Mexicans and two of our Border Agents.

Although some of this information is repetitious – it looks like Holder is getting away with murder.

It looks like Eric Holder does in fact knows how to step above the law and get off scot free from his personal involvement with the Fast and Furious operation.  Eric’s first move to hold  Darrell Issa and Chuck Grassley at bay was to start a DOJ investigation into the gun operation.   Obama & Napolitano would describe this as a brilliant move since the heat in the kitchen was getting too hot for them.

Here’s what Eric did he gave Justice Department Inspector General Cynthia  Schnedar  her marching orders and told her to begin an investigation of possible wrongdoing in Operation Fast and Furious.  Eric had one thing in mind – by ordering this investigation he could pick and choose what questions he would or wouldn’t answer when under oath.  He avoided the legal necessity of providing documentation, because as he says the DOJ has an ongoing investigation at the same time.

We’ve suffered through the Holder “cat and mouse” game for over a year now and from all appearances he’s about to walk free as a bird. He’s protected himself with a legal gimmick that seems to be working – the fact that DOJ is doing their independent investigation has allowed him to black out the body of emails requested by Issa and Grassley.  Each time he’s testifies under oath about the Fast and Furious operation has been nothing but an elaborate bunch of legal theatrics reminiscent of the movie Chicago.

Although, it’s been proven that Holder has lied under oath, that doesn’t seem to expedite Issa’s investigation; in fact it just delays proceedings. We’re actually witnessing those who are involved with this illegal operation getting one after another “get out of jail” free card.

Holder will testify one more time on February 2, 2012 and at this time there’s no reason to belief that he will be anything but a hostile witness.  There are certain facts that are true and can be verified on the Department of Justice and CBS  websites.

a.       Obama specifically funded 10,000,000 to the Fast and Furious operation in 2009.

b.       Holder and Napolitano met with Mexican authorities and elaborated on the operation in April 2009.

c.       Holder was the one orchestration the operation and discussed publicly how he would enlarge the operation.

d.       Napolitano & Holder ironed out the details of the operation as a team

e.       When Issa & Grassley started the investigation into the Fast and Furious gunrunner operation, Holder and ATF removed the key people involved at ATF shuffling them off to Washington D.C. where they could be observed.  Each one was assigned a new title and some received some perks.

There’s more to this story, but this is enough to demonstrate the uncanny way Holder remains the Attorney General of our USA even though he was a key player along with Obama in an attempt to take our gun rights away.  One person funded the Operation (Obama,) Two people orchestrated the gunrunner operation (Holder and Napolitano) and ATF and DHS followed the directives from Holder putting the operation in full swing.  Hundreds killed no one is responsible.

The Office of the Inspector General has a completed full report on their findings of the Fast and Furious gunrunner operation.  The question is this – did the OIG share their findings with Holder, the DOJ, ATF and DHS in advance allowing them to get all of their “ducks in a row?”  Will the OIG report come out before Holder testifies on February 2, 2012?

Did Eric Holder manage to sweep everything under the rug?  What have we become – a Nation of corruption and murder or will the laws of our land prevail?  Only time will tell, but we’re all accountable for the deaths of two of our Border Agents and hundreds of Mexican men, women and children and we must insist that those who are responsible be placed behind bars.  Holder needs to be the first one in line to be removed from his position.

Eric Holder the (AG) of the United States has certain duties according to the laws of our Country; the AG is the head of the United States Department of Justice. He is the “big dog” in charge of enforcing law, not by his rules but the laws of the land.

If the Attorney General is incapable, incompetent and irresponsible, the House of Representative have the power to impeach him and there is reasonable cause the Senate may try him for bribery, high crimes and misdemeanors.

Homeland Security was created after the 911 attacks and today Janet Napolitano holds the position of Secretary of Homeland Security. Her duty first and foremost is to keep our Country safe, our borders secure, infrastructure protection, preparedness and response, information technology and aggressively fight against terrorism. The US Border Agents are also under the long arm of the Secretary of Homeland Security.

So let’s go back to 2009 when Obama handed Holder 10,000,000 of our stimulus money specifically for an operation called the Fast and Furious gunrunner. This was a scheme to walk high powered weapons from our turf across the Mexican border into the hands of the drug cartels. The Obama Administration, the DOJ, the DHS, ATF and maybe other agencies collectively devised a plan that would destroy our 2nd Amendment and take our gun rights away.

Obama and all of the Government Agencies were involved, which means they all have to assume the responsibility for one of the most corrupt scandals in our USA. The Fast and Furious Gunrunner operation is responsible for the murder of two of our Border Agents (Brian Terry and Jaime Zapata.) In addition to those murders, hundreds of Mexicans have been murdered by weapons from our United States.

Anyone or ones who intentionally place our men and women in harm’s way are should stand trial for murder. If it were any other citizen of the United States that had committed crimes like this, they would be behind bars as we speak.

Obviously it was the “big guns” who were in charge of orchestrating this operation. Obama specified that 10,000,000 of our stimulus money be funded for the Fast and Furious Operation. Holder and Napolitano put this operation in motion in April 2009 in their speeches to the Mexico/United States Arms Trafficking Conference in CUERNAVACA, MEXICO.

Border Agents and ATF personnel and gun owners repeatedly questioned the dangers involved in selling high powered weapons to the drug cartels. Whistle blowers stepped forward and testified under oath about the gunrunner operation. Holder and Napolitano both perjured themselves under oath when questioned about the Fast and Furious gunrunner operation.

Enough is enough, citizens of the USA need to have their voices heard and remove Eric Holder and Janet Napolitano from office immediately.

Los Angeles police officers apprehended a man Thursday after a standoff with him inside a red Volkswagen Bug car in Westwood, CA – the latest disturbing case even though officials said the man had mental problems.

I seem to recall many Presidents have been targeted by mental nutjobs. Gotta love the “even though he was mental” dig.

Experts who track hate groups across the U.S. are growing increasingly concerned over violent rhetoric targeted at President Obama, especially as the debate over health care intensifies and a pattern of threats emerges.

Experts? what experts? The ones like Napolitano that decided to publish the study that exhaustively scoured the globe, umm well ok world wide web internets, to clip and paste a few articles for their comprehensive research on right wing groups?

Its masthead contains unicorns, Tarot cards, secret numbers, and hieroglyphics. And it warns against a “manmade swine flu” and “fast-approaching global famine.”

I predict that these type accusations and inferences of racial and violent backlash will increase and continue to be attempted to be linked to perfectly civil legitimate political opposition. The left will whine over the victimization of the POTUS.
