Newsweek took a pretty hard swipe at President Trump this week.
The cover, which was released Thursday, shows Trump in a recliner, his suit stained from Cheetos while juggling a fast food bag and a soda. Other discarded fast-food containers litter the floor next to the president in what appears to be the White House.
“Donald Trump is bored and tired,” the cover reads. “Imagine how bad he’d feel if he did any work.”
The apparent reference was the lack of real accomplishment from Trump, since taking over the presidency.
It listed his 6 months in office, 40 days spent on golf courses, and 0 legislation passed.
Executive orders don’t count.
This seems to be the new thing with media now, to point out how little involvement Trump has with the actual nuts and bolts of being the president. In July, CNN sent out a similar notice.

Indeed, Trump hasn’t been overly active, beyond rallies that have no meaning at this point in his short presidency, and fever-tweeting about “fake news” and draining a swamp (without actually telling his followers that he’s draining it back into the White House).
At what point does it become okay to point out that the emperor has no clothes, he’s only there to get his ego stroked, and has no intention of doing any real work?
No intention and no ability.
