I hope for Sgt Crowley’s case it is, but you have to know (especially after Joe the Plumber) they have it in for him now. Whenever he arrests another person of racial minority or writes them a ticket, you can bet one of them will cry fowl. I really think that people should leave this good man alone and let him do his job. According to all reports he has an excellent record. I hope that the left loons don’t try and screw up the man’s life over this.

This has been the formula for so long it’s become a self fulfilling prophesy. Huge segments of the population, the same segments that have been told they cannot get a fair shake by Jackson/Sharptons ilk refuse to see the lies their activism is based on.

It’s too bad, because if Obama wants to open a dialogue about race, that’s def one side of it that you will not hear about. Blacks are treated very harshly if they step outside of the orthodoxy of people like Gates, think Condoleeza Rice, etc.

for providing us the updates as things have been happening over there. I have been sharing your diaries with my son, a police officer in California’s central valley. He’s been sharing them too, with his buddies from the police academy and college and other statewide training events and of course the guys he works with. Then there are the deputies from the local county sheriff’s office and neighboring counties and well, you know how these things continue to get around. From a parent, I am truly greatful to you and all the other Redstaters who stood with and behind Officer Crowley. Cheryl
