		<description>we can see how fast San Fran Nan is with the old &quot;Hearing no objection ...&quot; ploy.  I think you can ask for a division of the house on that and can force everybody to vote on the objection.  It&#039;s gameplaying, but can be effective.</description>

Though I don&#039;t know US House rules well enough to know just how you do it.  I do know that you must have been in the majority voting for passage or not, i.e., the successful side, to move to reconsider your vote.  It is a good strategy to bring pressure on wavering members.  That said, I think the majority has lots of votes to spare; they just let a lot of so-called Blue Dogs go once they got the Quislings.  If they do get a reconsideration vote, they&#039;ll have to enforce some caucus discipline, something totally unfamiliar to collegial Republicans.</description>
