Ensign Schm-ensign. People are not sitting at home worrying about whether their Senators are true to their marital vows. They are worried about the country their children will inherit.
Nevada is showing its libertarian bent. The John Ensign story will evaporate like a puddle on the hot asphalt of a Nevada’s summer’s day. But the libertarian-minded Democrats of this libertarian-minded state are becoming increasingly petrified of Obama and the puppet masters behind the Democratic Party and its real agenda. They are starting to realize whose boss.
That’s what prompted Sherman Frederick, publisher of the Las Vegas Review-Journal, to leave the Democratic Party. The Las Vegas Review-Journal is the largest circulating daily newspaper in the state of Nevada. Mr. Frederick thought it best to explain his switch. It’s a succinct, but potent explanation.
It’s always good to have a publisher of the leading newspaper in a swing state openly revolt. Welcome Sherman Frederick.

Maybe people are starting to wake up and realize the Dem. party no longer represents the average American. Leftists want a two tier nation-the rulers (themselves) and everyone else. I’m hoping Nevada and other states will wake up and recognize the difference between true liberty and tyranny.
And you know TNJim, those poll numbers may fluctuate some, but I believe that there will be a steady movement to the down side for him as people discover he is not who they thought he was. They will see that his vision for America is not the country they want. At least I can hope they will.

If you missed it, check out the vid I embedded in the comment I posted in California_Yankee’s post about the Rasmussen index. While part of the jury might still be out on Paul being truly converted or not at least he knows now that when you get right down to it this president will favor causes and/or ideologies over the people who actually make the country work, like farmers. Paul’s complaint about the man he supported for president is over the environazis shutting of the water to the irrigation canals for the San Joaquin valley where his family has a farm. ow, people like Rodriguez, and now Frederick, are getting a real good look at the man they voted for and the party they’ve been supporting and aren’t liking what they’re seeing one bit.
So why aren't you writing about it? :)
