L.A. Times Tape Source May Be Ali Abunimah

Apparently Peter Wallsten, the L.A. Times writer refusing to reveal his source, scooped his story from Debbie Schlussel. Even Politico acknowledged that Wallsten plagiarized Schlussel. Schlussel provides the inside story here.

If this tape is as controversial as some say, I believe it is worth putting up a hefty bounty. Newt suggested $50,000. Why not $500,000 If enough money is put up, the odds of that tape popping up increase exponentially. Somebody must be in position to make that offer.

plus he was a friend of Barack Obama’s.

I doubt that tape comes out pre-vote

It’s not a matter of somebody making an offer for the tape. All the holder of the tape has to do is make an offer himself—the money will come rolling in.

Incidentally, perhaps he already did that and Obama stepped up to the plate?

Agree. Bag him on it or drop it.

The socialist tapes and the “three headed monster” of Obama-Pelosi-Reid are working well.

I hope we stay on message. Those two are winners. I can sense it in NH and polls say the same.

This could become a bad diversion if that tape isn’t providd soon.

Bag him on it or drop it.

Via Debbie Schlussel, there’s a bounty of $200,000 out there for that tape now.

Let’s get down to brass tacks here. How much for the ape?
