The media reported that a few thousand went to it. There were over ten thousand easy. The local station spent more time talking about the handful of faux hippy women (they were all teens probably getting class credit for it) who were protesting nearby. My wife sent a scathing note to the local station for their totally false coverage of the event.

The event center holds over 7,000 people, and they had a nearby building prepared for the inevitable overflow crowd. We were in the event center and spoke with many people later who were in the “overflow” building. Everyone was more than thrilled with Sarah, Todd and the kiddos. I wanted to post this today because initially, local papers had horribly inaccurate numbers and information about how the overflow building was used.

Yes, there were empty seats in the event center, as reported. I cannot explain this, as there were literally thousands of people still outside wanting in, but sent instead to the other building.

Please know that Sarah and Todd both took the time to speak with the overflow crowd in addition to the scheduled appearance in the event center, which was televised in the overflow building on big screens.

I beleive Noonan is pushing her new book, Patriotic Grace. I saw her on an interview, holding the book up like she was on an infomercial. In my opinion, the “Palin Failin” headline was beyond the pale. It was a lie. It was so bad that I have to beleive that she is trying to be controversial to gain some media face time.

Noonan is self-promoting herself probably for her lame book. That’s called being a media whore.

Change is about having everyone being able to get the American dream, not share it with all at the direction of the progressive lib’s.

Change is the right to have the same opportunities. You make of it, what you will.

The pressure is on Peggy Noonan now. She must step up her media whore routine.

I disagree with her on Sen Obama and Gov Palin, but it does nothing to further OUR cause to call her a “media whore.”

American, beware of those politicians promising hope under the hood of the following: Wealth redistribution,
political correctness, right of choice (i.e. abortion), total disregard of the Constitution, revisionism of history and the socialist agenda. They are the real reasons of America’s current problems.
