Just a few minutes ago, Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley was recognizing Senator Ben Sasse but took a few seconds for an announcement:

Yesterday, Chuck Schumer tried to give the impression he was holding up either Kavanaugh or judicial confirmations and we were told that neither was in jeopardy.

True to his word, eight judges have just been confirmed.

Note that most of them were by voice vote and when there were votes they weren’t particularly close.

This makes fifteen federal judges–all Federalist society certified, all with lifetime tenure–confirmed in two weeks.

The left is in a high dudgeon over how Trump and McConnell are reshaping the federal judiciary (see here | here for exhaustive discussion). The White House is sending nominations to the Senate at a record pace and McConnell is pushing them through. No number of anonymous New York Times op-eds will change that.
