It looks like that Donald Trump may have stuffed his extremely small hands into a sausage mill with his attacks on Heidi Cruz. Via The Hill:

Sen. Ben Sasse (R-Neb.) took to Twitter on Thursday to bash Republican presidential front-runner Donald Trump for threatening to “spill the beans” about the wife of Ted Cruz, his main rival for the nomation.

Despite FoxNews’s slavish adherence to the Trump campaign’s party line that somehow the super PAC that ran the ad that has caused that burning itch about Trump’s tiny hands is affiliated with Ted Cruz, other media organizations are beginning to reject that narrative. They are rejecting it for a good reason. It is false on its face.

Men, like Ben Sasse, weighing in on Trump’s grotesque attacks on Heidi Cruz is going to raise the cost of endorsing Trump for other politicians who are inclined to do so. Dragging Heidi Cruz into this mess that was started by using a picture of Melania Trump that she was paid to pose for is simply that act of a man devoid of honor, integrity, or manliness. This could very well end up being the straw that broke the camel’s back.
