Biz is no longer what you know or who you know. It's who you know in government that is on your indirect or sometimes direct payroll! Moving from PR to BVI for a bigger better deal. This is done quite often in smaller jurisdictions with TIF but not like this scale financed by the taxpayer. This is tax competition subsidized by the taxpayer for government cronies. They'd be much better off lowering taxes and offering the same deal to everyone, instead of campaign contributors. And in some due diligence, I just read about the huge subsidies going on.
