I have a few polite questions though. IMAB will use QALY to cull the medicare rolls. Don’t the pre-birth babies at least deserve a QALY calculation before their mother scan use public money to hire a hit man?

There is more truth than he realized. This also shows that they are not the “big tent” they like to call themselves.

My concern is that if they have no problem killing a pre-born baby because of cost, how long before they justify killing sick people or unhealthy people because of cost? Then what, unproductive people, people that descent? It isn’t that much of a leap.

Why have so many of the Democrats who voted to pass Stupak now jumping ship. The papers talk of a “dozen” but a lot more Democrats voted to pass the Stupak amendment when the bill was first in the House. Where are all these folks now to defend the amendment?

Not only will this increase abortions dramatically but if this passes it will overwhelm our current health care system with the sheer numbers of the newly entitiled………unless dems ‘force’ pro-lifers and religious people to not participate because of this new health bill’s abortion provisions. That is why it is so important to the pro-abort forces to include federal funding. Pro-lifers will be forced to participate in funding abortion directly or pay fines for refusing to participate or go to jail for not paying the fines. That is why they would not rule out jail for those who refuse to buy insurance when asked that very question last year.

Wake up folks, you are in the process of losing everything you hold dear. If you haven’t called your representative you must do so. Everyday.

Is this guy for real? He wants to stay in the Democrat Party while also saying that they will have to wait for the Republicans to regain control of Congress before they can again protect life. Does this man have any moral foundation? Life is the first issue, without life, nothing else matters and no other rights are ever going to attach-period. I would never vote for this man as he does not stand on principle. He makes a good show, as he is in a rather Republican district, but there is no substance as he is not willing to stand up to this Chicago mob and tell them he has had enough. How many more of God’s children will be murdered because of people in office like Bart Stupak?

Did Stupak really think that his anti-abortion measure would actually make it? This is the Democrat’s landmark bill and providing abortions is one of the Dem party’s top issues. There was NO WAY it was going to contain any anti-abortion language and Stupak and the rest are suckers for ever beliving that it would.

The sad thing is that if Stupak had any forsight and not just some sort of dopey, wishy confidence in his own party’s integrity they could have killed this bill months ago when it was being held up in the House. But like everything else, it seems like foresight is not the Dem’s strong suit.

With the onset of President Obama’s push for Amnesty, the opponents are mobilizing to stop this absolutely ridiculous move to legitimize the 20 to 30 million illegal aliens,when 15 million and upwards of citizens and residents are jobless. Anytime that reform rears its ugly head, pro-sovereignty, anti-illegal immigrants organization will get into the fight, even when the economy is sound? But to try and force through this Immigration reform, when millions of American are losing their homes, applying for begrudged unemployment benefit and lining up at food banks. Its just illogical that the Democrats would gather together with a few Republicans to slip through another law to reward illegal immigrants? How can they even dream this up under the circumstances? Most any element of enforcement has always remained underfunded and eyed by politicians who represents corporate welfare to compromise laws.

HOW CAN THEY SAY THAT THE 1986 LAW IS BROKEN, WHEN IT NEVER WAS ENFORCED? Some of the most talented, skillful politicians-ex attorneys authored that bill, including Liberal personage Ted Kennedy? No! Its just a good excuse to arrange another AMNESTY, because previous administrations failed to secure the border or even try? YOU MIGHT ASK THESE RADICAL POLITICIANS–WHY CHANGE THE 1986 IMMIGRATION BILL, WHEN YOU CAN AMEND IT?

I am just now realizing that we have not measured up in this battle. We need members of Congress like him who will fight tirelessly against seemingly insurmountable odds and attorneys supporting them devising legislation that will destroy the abortion trade. That type of thing (involving neutral flags on trade ships and resulting risk of piracy) is what finally destroyed the slave trade in England, the vote on abolition coming after the trade had dwindled to almost nothing. Legislation that makes it easier for women suffering harm at the hands of abortionists to sue and get higher damages, fees and regulation of the disposal and transport of fetal tissue, you name it, it should be attempted. Along with emphasizing abstinence before marriage, contraceptives, etc., women who find themselves with an unwanted pregnancy should understand that they will not be disdained, but will be welcomed with open arms by charitable and government agencies to facillitate birth and adoption or beginning parenthood. This is a little out of my firm’s litigation areas, but I am committing to spending few minutes each day brainstorming and researching to produce a list of potential legislation that states can attempt.
