I have no idea if he bowed or not, having watched the video it looked sort of like a half-bow to me. But despite what you’ve posted above, people don’t care about this, not because they don’t love America as much as you do, but because it really isn’t a big deal. At the very worst, it was a slight breach of etiquette – if there even is an official etiquette for such an occasion.

The thing that frustrates me most is that between the budgetary monstrosity he submitted and the non-stimulus, stimulus spendapalalooza, welfare giveaway bonanza there really is so much to be angry about and such fertile ground for the right to hoe. For those who say “We shouldn’t focus so much on this gaffe or that one” the president makes—-I disagree, and here’s why.

With less than 90 days gone in his presidency, Obama is establishing a reputation for himself as a weak, confused and inefficient leader. Example: “President Pantywaist.”

Once the image is stuck in people’s minds, all you need to do is reinforce it. You can do that by returning, again and again, to visually-captivating images that reinforce that impression.

The Dems did this with images of George Bush in his flight suit on the Abraham Lincoln. How many times have we seen that on book covers and in comedy sketches?

OK, fair is fair: We now have lovely pictures of Obama—the man who was going to bring “smart” power back to the White House— bowing to a man whose kingdom has done oh so much to enable jihadhism worldwide.

That’s a golden image. We need to keep using it, over and over again.

When the Dems and MSM complain, just look at them and say “flight suit.”

Remember during the campaign last year in the first Obama-McCain debate when Obama forgot the name of the dead American soldier whose bracelet he was wearing while he was trying to exploit that soldier in the debate? If the media can sweep that utter outrage under the rug, then they will certainly be able to make the country forget this one as well.

It is useless to try and influence the MSM, just like it is useless to try and influence labor unions.
