This administration screams that the US will be the leader of the world on the Climate Change issue. If the goal really was to go "green", why would we be loaning a company in Brazil money to do exactly the opposite of what we are asking everyone else to abandon? This morning I heard something about selling Russia the rights to drill for US owned oil.
