If the goal really was to go &quot;green&quot;, why would we be loaning a company in Brazil money to do exactly the opposite of what we are asking everyone else to abandon?  This morning I heard something about selling Russia the rights to drill for US owned oil.  Do you have any more info on the Russian purchase?

skanderbeg-  What is Gore trying to redeem himself for, possibly losing the election in 2000 to the cowboy Bush, and turning the country over to a Republican?</description>
