I can’t even get people who are actually fairly intelligent and observant to understand what Comrade Obama really is and what he and the Politburo are doing to this Country. Any criticism of the current regime is met with a, “but they’re better than Bush” or “but they’re better than the corrupt Republicans.” You talk about socialized medicine and they say, “but we have to do something.” You talk about the spending and they say, “but the government’s got to do something.” And the smartest and most cynical just shrug their shoulders and say, “yeah, but here’s how I figure to make money off it.” It’s like being Casandra; you can see into the future but nobody will believe you. So, I’m becoming increasingly pessimistic. I don’t think you can get the American people to the barricades and we will sink into the socialist slime all comfortably watching Idol and not believing it is happening.
