combine the stridency and lunacy of the Carter administration with the fecklessness and corruption of the Clintons.

Why wouldn’t he use a word that means exactly what he intends to say – such as schism. You know, one that doesn’t imply anything else.

Clinton was fortunate enough to preside over hugely positive economic and social developments that he mostly had nothing to do with.

Obama’s coming in at what looks like the beginning of an economic downturn, during a war that isn’t quite over in Afghanistan.

I think Bill’s forst thought by 11am on 9/11/01 was that he wished he had heeded Dick Morris’s advice and done more to defeat al Qaida and that if Bubba had another term, he would be much more aggresive on terrorism.
