Quite a few of the projects in Knoxville, TN are for upgrading KUB (Knoxville Utility Board) water mains. Now, that may be something that KUB needs to do, but exactly HOW is that going to stimulate the economy? And WHY should the children and grandchildren of every US citizen pay for that? It is absolutely OBSCENE and I am more and more demoralized by the actions in Washington and the seemingly disinterest of the majority of citizens of the USA. The corruption, the hypocrisy - used to be we looked up to elected officials - the only people who can honestly look up to these losers now are the people who are expecting a hand out.
