My map, which I can't figure out how to post, is 11-3 Republican advantage, with all R districts at least R+10. The Democratic districts are all Black majority and are D+36, D+34 and D+28.

But it seems to me we need to erase the idea that every district has to have exactly the same number of people.
Then require all districts to contain only entire counties.
With each member county being contiguous with other member counties. Best efforts on population size being roughly equal.
If a single county is large enough to warrant more than one district then elect two or more members at large from the county.
Again just pie in the sky for when we get a chance to rewite the rules.

The districts are examples of everything we should fight against.

They do not respect communities and carve up counties for partisan advantage.

The Supreme Court is very clear that communities of interest must be respected. This does not do that.

I appreciate the effort, but no freakin' way. And as a resident of what you've drawn as the 2nd district, hell no.

...of 10-4 Republicans-Democrats, but several of these districts are questionably drawn, IMO. I don't like some of the mixes you put in here.

Population and demographics-wise, I have little problem with your districts. However, I think you neglect the factor of geography in your districts.

To wit...

That long tendril of the second district that reaches to Savannah almost certainly will stretch the abilities of any congressman who serves there to effectively serve his/her constituents. I am reminded of the old 12th "Max-Black" district that used to stretch from the Atlanta suburbs all the way to Savannah. It was hard for its representative to represent effectively the interests of the constituents in the Atlanta suburbs, the rural southeastern GA, and the interests of those in the port city of Savannah. In your district, the areas just south of Columbus have different interests from the people all the way out there in Savannah.

I also don't like how you split up the city of Atlanta. The 4th district as it is currently shaped is fine because it give the city of Atlanta a single voice in Congress (Lewis).

The ninth district in your drawing also needs some work. The city of Augusta has little in common with the far northern counties of GA, and the current shape of the district would dilute the representation Augusta would receive because the congressman would also have to serve the people in North GA whose interests are not necessarily the same as those of the people in Augusta,

That is all I can think of at the moment, but I'm sure more will come.

but after a couple of tries i found out that it was very difficult to do that and to keep all the Atlanta suburb districts over 65% white.

Also, proportionally African-Americans are entitled to 4 minority-majority districts in Georgia.

Though another idea I had was to create a "mixed bag" district that was about 40% white, 30% Hispanic, 20% Black and 10% Asian, but I don't know enough about Georgia voting patterns to draw it so it's not solidly-Democratic.

And 'dilute' some of the GOP districts to try and get the 'solid' D districts down to just 3 or 2, instead of 4. But I'm just "evil" like that... ;)
