I have seen many people around here looking for ways to get involved. I have found an organization that wants to sign-up 1,000,000 members by “The One’s” inauguration.

Here is what they are standing against:
Socialistic wealth redistribution *including any and all tax increases and big-government welfare programs.
*Silencing conservatives through the Fairness Doctrine *and other efforts that restrict free speech.
*Open border anarchy including amnesty *for illegal aliens and promotion of multi-nation “unions”.
*Government-run health care *that weakens our system and imposes more tax burdens on citizens.
*Weakening of our military *through rapid pullback from Iraq, defunding our troops and overall disarmament.
*Social liberalism *including radical pro-abortion agenda, the end of marriage and the homosexual agenda.
*Liberal court activism *that undermines faith, family and liberties while expanding government control.
*Post-American globalism *that diminishes our global role and threatens our national sovereignty.
*Environmental extremism, the CO2 tax, undermining coal and nuclear, and bans on exploration.

I just wanted to send EVERYONE at RedState a big thank you for this forum. I am constantly reminded whenever I visit here that there is hope in our party. Living in a permanent blue state can sometimes blur what life is like in the rest of the country. Whenever I visit I know I am in a camp of friendlies!

The excitement of the grassroots effort of our party is filled with many smart, thoughtful and funny people – It is up to all of us now to help McCain/Palin cross the finish line first. It is time for us to do what we do best. Poll watch, make phone calls, volunteer to drive people to the polls and VOTE! They did their job, now it is our turn. (a few prayers might not hurt either)

Here I am catching up on news and such and I come across this story Via Drudge…

I was happily reading along…and then – wham – hit and run journalism on aisle five – “As Palin wound down her remarks, a group in the rear of the audience began a noisy chant of “John McCain! Not Hussein!” — but the governor did not appear to hear or acknowledge them.” From CNN Political Producer Peter Hamby.

Yeah, gotta remember to lower expectations as the page loads – sigh!

I guess that maybe she could go stay with her other nephew if there is room in the hut

Can we start talking about America’s immigration problem again? or should we just talk about how Obama should put his money where his mouth is.

I guess if he wins us taxpayers can take care of his aunt so he doesn’t have to.

I really love the blatant partisanship and phoniness that the Hill & Bill Show still bring to the table. I have since lost hope of seeing my state turn red – so these kind of races give me glimmers of hope that our country isn’t totally going down the toilet. Seriously, will someone just put Murtha out to pasture?

Seriously, we all know Bill has no self respect, but Hillary too – lol!!!
