However, the truly damning thing is that their data is useless. They can’t make heads or tails of their data or applications, as fully documented in a very large comment file by the poor schmuck that was assigned to recreate the previously published results from their data sets.

He spent 3 years and couldn’t do it. The best result he acheived was getting within .5 degrees in a small band of the global tempature set.

Think about that, these yahoos want to fleece us to the tune of Trillions of dollars to avert a .7 degree predicted temature increase in 50 years, but can’t get their data sets to produce consistent data any closer than .5 degree accuracy?

The IPCC reports are based in large parts on these data sets!!!

The real scanal isn’t the coverup, its that the Global Warming Alarmists literally have no data to back up their claims. And this Copenhagen debacle starts in 2 weeks, where they want us all to pony up cash?

I was once told that if a lawyer screws you over, you don’t try to file criminal or civil charges against him, you file it with the ABA because they need to be “members in good standing” to continue practicing. The same thing applies to researchers. You file the grievances about them committing scientific fraud with the University where they work, and the journals where they have published their work. The journals in particular are required to investigate the charges.
