The American schools overseas are, I guess, private requiring a good chunk of money to go to. Why he was in the country he was, I have no idea, but I would surmise that this was obligatory discussion of how parents need to help their children and the students need to work hard. Nothing wrong with that. Probably one to the two things I agree with 0bama on, Kanye West was a jacka$$, and students need to work hard and their parents need to be involved in that education.
