Can you get a fair trial when the chief law enforcement officer thinks you’re guilty?

How can the Al Qaeda now-alleged terrorists possibly get a fair trial when the Chief Law Enforcement Officer in the land, President Barack Obama, thinks you’re guilty? I’m just a simple caveman lawyer, but I thought if a governor opines on the guilt of a defendant that that would result in a mistrial of some sort? Isn’t there an argument that the President can prejudice the judicial system and cause an unfair trial?

If that’s true is Obama sabotaging the whole trial?
