I have highlighted parts they seem particularly ignorant of, in light of Tass caterwauling and the administration authorizing domestic spying and activating *real* mobs:
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
The cynic might point out that there’s a difference between “Congress shall make no law” and “A president and his flotilla of unconstitutional czars shall take no action”. Nevertheless, my point stands.
