You’re probably surprised to hear that David Paterson is still Governor of New York. If so, just sit back and enjoy. Paterson addressed the party-switch that gave Republicans control of the New York State Senate:
Gov. David A. Paterson called the move “an outrage,” at a news conference Monday evening and said Albany had become a “dysfunctional wreck.”
The governor also said “I will not allow this,” but then conceded that there was nothing he could do to stop it
If there is a God in heaven, David Paterson will be the Democratic nominee for New York Governor next year. New Yorkers need someone as entertaining as Harry Reid, at least until Rudy Giuliani is ready to fix this mess.
