The Impeachment Panel refused any subpoena power to the Republicans on the committee and now Blago's lawyer is asking for subpoenas for a whole host of people - including Rahm, Valeria Jarrett, and Jesse, Jr. There has been no response on this yet from the committee to Genson - but they will deny it. Blago's "fight, fight, fight" rant means I will "talk, talk, talk" and they will not let that happen and Blago knows it. These are all dirty people and the thing about dirty people, if they evade their crime, it never teaches them a lesson, it just emboldens them. Remember 8 years of endless scandals with the Clintons. I suppose nothing could come out of the "Senate Seat for Sale" deal - but if Fitz is allowed leave to do his work in the No. Dist. of IL eventually this cast of characters could come down. Some of them anyway – it is my Christmas Wish!! this will become.
