CNN posted this quick piece in their Political Ticker section. I’ll highlight the relevant section:

Speaking on Fox News earlier this week, Palin said the recently negotiated treaty with Russia – seeking a reduction in the number of nuclear weapons held by the two countries – is an “unbelievable” move and that “no administration in America’s history I think would ever have considered such a step.”

It looks like the folks at CNN took at face value a meme in the Leftist echo chamber that Sarah Palin is an idiot because past Administrations (like Reagan’s) did, in fact, negotiate to reduce nuclear arsenals.  Here’s the problem: Sarah Palin WAS NOT talking about the recently negotiated treaty with Russia.

Palin was referring to the new Nuclear Retaliation Posture Obama announced on Monday.

So now the only question is whether CNN will issue a correction / explanation or if they are going to admit they get their talking point / “facts” from the Leftist blogosphere.
