Rep. Trey Gowdy (R – S.C.) announced Wednesday he will be retiring from Congress at the end of his term. Gowdy is currently the House Oversight Committee chairman. He joins a rash of other Republicans who have announced their retirement in districts the GOP must defend in the midterms.
