BREAKING: Trump Invites Schumer to White House in Final Hours' Effort to Avoid Shutdown

Pres. Donald Trump has invited Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer to the White House as the looming deadline over a government shutdown enters its final hours.

According to reports, Schumer’s Republican counterpart, Mitch McConnell, will not be at the meeting. As Trump is known for being swayed by the last person he talked to, one can only imagine what new incredulous deal Trump could come at Senate Republicans with.
