Here’s some schadenfreude for your Tuesday:

Disgraced former Maricopa County, Arizona Sheriff Joe Arpaio received a presidential pardon last year for his criminal contempt of court conviction.

Apparently, he didn’t know the U.S. Supreme Court ruled in Burdick v. United States that by accepting a pardon one is necessarily admitting guilt. MSNBC host Ari Melber disabused him of his ignorance of that fact.
