It’s been a back and forth over whether or not Pres. Trump would sign the bill that included, among other things, continued sanctions against Russia. Will he? Won’t he? Looks like he might not. Looks like he probably will. Will there be a signing ceremony like with other bills if he does?

Anyway, he signed it. Joining an almost unanimous Congress in America’s sanctioning of Putin’s Russia.
