		<description>I am glad that you have written a diary to make the moral argument.  I did not make the moral argument in this diary, but that does not mean that I reject that argument.  I accept it.
I came across some work a fella did to match the House members to coal producing states, and I massaged it a little.  If we get voters fired up enough to vote scoundrels out of office, then I&#039;ll be happy even if they do it for something less than a noble moral reason.</description>
