Rep. Harry Mitchell (D-AZ-5) held a town hall meeting, I wanted to go and get video but only just heard about it after it started.

Dems were too afraid to see public today, so public went to the Dems. About 2000 protesters showed up infront of Mitchell office -Tweet

~2000 people and it was about 101 Degrees at that time. Kinda cool for early August, Darn global warming.

No matter, as we here know the result was as it has been across this great nation, Democrats are being beaten like a rented mule over the Obamacare disgrace.

I;m sorry I was not aware of this as I would have gone, but no matter, there will be plenty more. And seeing as AZ-6 is traditionally a Republican district, having been only narrowly won in 2006 and 2008, it’s my understanding that ‘ol Harry may have some re-election problems in 2010.

I think is AZ 5th is where Mitchel sits, which was JD’s old seat. I don’t think the district swung so much to the D side as JD turned a lot of people off, including the AZ Republic newspaper.

JD’s not thinking of coming back for a run is he? Who knows, maybe he’s mellowed some in the wilderness of AM radio and all is forgiven by the AZ Republic.

I’m not a big JD Hayworth fan anyway, but if he gets into the race, with this sort of Democratic nonsense on health care and JN making a hash of the border and ICE in general, he might just take the seat back and that would be a good thing. Maybe some time in the wilderness will have made a kinder gentler JD, who knows.

He actually out bombastic’d Hannity at times I saw him on FOX, which is darn hard to do. JD’s not real good on engaging folks or convening them of his point of view through intellectual exchange, nope man the battle axes and battering rams seems to be more his style.

Still, if he ran again in AZ 5th, he might just win on buyers remorse alone over yet another vote for Obama madness by a Democrat, and that would not be so bad., every seat counts to 256.
