Paterson blind in a physical sense he is blind in every sense. He is also very very dumb.. I'll offer a few samples: Last year he got on Radio to announce an emergency with fiscal situation. And to fix this "emergency" he "ordered" legislators back in 4 weeks. 4 weeks for an emergency? And then he balances the budget by decreasing the planned increase by 2-3 percent(not sure abt exact percentage but I am sure abt the concept) He was telling New Yorkers that he needs to tax all non-diet Soda because that's harming our kids.... ... ...
