Real estate prices do not in any way reflect actual property values and are wholly unsustainable at their current levels. Real estate prices must fall in line with the historical averages before economic recovery can begin. Obama's economic plan seeks to avoid the pain caused by falling real estate prices and requires that real estate prices remain at their current inflated levels. That rosy scenario, quite simply stated, is not possible. It's delusional. His plan will fail. It’s more akin to delusional.
