Clinton refused to cooperate with him at all and he was still in court until waaay after the election. It's not fair to BO, because President Bush is a competent and experienced executive. BO was a community organizer in Chicago and an absentee Senator. And we can look at Chicago and see how well he did pulling that place out of the gutter.
