That’s Hope and Change and putting “an end to the petty grievances” for you. But beyond that, what is so valuable about Pelosi’s head?

This shored up her image as Washington’s answer to Barbra Streisand, and set up Dick Cheney to paint the Democrats as defeatist and unsupportive of our troops in Iraq.

She has been in charge for two years and has accomplished nothing, was that Bush’s fault, I didn’t think so. The ten pounds she felt she lost (and really could afford) will mean that that the airhead has lost her ballast and will need to be anchored in some other fashion, if let outside her security attachment will have to tie a rope to her leg to get her to her car. They could arrange for weapons of some kind to shoot her down, but that might injure innocent people. Don’t worry the republicans will continue to kiss her a## because they have no leadership either, and no balls.

The point cannot be made often enough: Modern liberalism, as embodied in the Obama presidency, is the defender of the status quo. And the status quo is a road to economic ruin. Political forces cannot redistribute the wealth that the economic system does not produce.
