This is a short post, mainly because I don’t have a lot of time today, unfortunately.

Today, I received a printed e-mail from my grandmother, who lives in Ohio and is closely monitoring this presidential race. She’s well into her golden-years, but she has a sharp mind and an even sharper tongue. Fortunately, even though she was raised a Democrat (but NOT a liberal), she considers herself ‘Unaffiliated’ and is enthusiastically voting for McCain/Palin.

But I digress.

This e-mail is sent from ObamaCrimes, which appears to be a press-release from Philip J. Berg concerning his case. This announcement was sent out on Tuesday, 21 October 2008 at 11:05 (and I’m assuming that’s AM), and it claims that Obama and the DNC admit (due to “Failure to timely respond to Requests for Admissions) to all allegations in his federal lawsuit: Berg v. Obama. Apparently this means that all questions have been “Admitted” as true–such as “I was born in Kenya” and other such things.

However, my problem is that I’ve seen claims that the case has been dismissed outright, or is still sitting on the judge’s desk. Or the various other possibilities running around the Internet, for that matter. I’m afraid I’m just a veteran, not a lawyer.

Can someone clarify for me just what’s going on here, please?
